No. BuzzPay provides the parking payment service but does not issue or manage Parking Charge Notices.

Only the organisation named on the notice can review an appeal or cancel the charge. Its contact details and appeal instructions should be printed on the notice.

BuzzPay can help you:

• Check whether a parking payment can be found

• Resend a payment confirmation or receipt

• Provide payment evidence for your appeal

To request payment evidence, select Submit a Request and include the car park, vehicle registration, payment date, approximate time and amount.

Do not ignore the notice while waiting for information. Follow the issuing organisation's appeal process and deadline, and send it any BuzzPay evidence you receive.
