No. You do not need to download an app or create a BuzzPay account.

BuzzPay works through your phone, tablet or computer's web browser. Simply visit www.buzzpay.co.uk, enter the location code displayed in the car park and follow the payment instructions.

You will not be asked to create a username or password. You only need to provide the information required to complete your parking payment, including:

• Your vehicle registration number

• Your chosen parking tariff

• Your email address

• Your payment details

Your email address is used to send your payment confirmation and receipt. The confirmation email may also contain a link that allows you to extend your parking session where extensions are available.

Because there is no account, you should keep your confirmation email until your parking session has ended.
