If extensions are available for your car park, you can extend your stay using the original payment link or the link in your BuzzPay confirmation email.
Open the confirmation email for your current parking session.
Select the link to reopen the session.
Choose the additional parking time available.
Check the car park and vehicle registration.
Complete the payment and wait for the new confirmation.
The extension option depends on the car park's rules, tariffs and maximum-stay restrictions. If no extension option is displayed, BuzzPay cannot extend that session online.
Make sure the extension is successfully confirmed before your existing parking period ends. Keep the new confirmation email as evidence of the updated expiry time.
If you experience a problem, select Submit a Request and include the car park, registration number and original payment reference.
