When a BuzzPay refund is approved, it is returned to the original card or payment method.

Although the refund can be submitted promptly, your bank or card provider may take several working days to display it on your account. The exact time is controlled by the bank and can vary.

A pending payment that disappears is different from a refund. A pending entry may simply be a temporary authorisation that was never collected.

If you received confirmation that a refund was processed:

• Check the card or payment method used for the original transaction.

• Allow your bank its normal refund-processing time.

• Keep the refund confirmation until the credit appears.

If the refund has not appeared after the timeframe provided by your bank or in your refund confirmation, select Submit a Request and include the original payment and refund references.
