If you receive a Parking Charge Notice after paying through BuzzPay, first check your confirmation email carefully.

Confirm that it shows:

• The vehicle registration printed on the notice

• The correct car park

• A parking period covering the time of the notice

• A successfully completed payment

If you need another copy of the receipt or help finding the payment, select Submit a Request. Include the car park, registration number, date, approximate payment time, amount and a copy of the notice where possible.

BuzzPay processes parking payments but does not issue, manage or cancel Parking Charge Notices. You must submit your appeal to the organisation named on the notice and follow its instructions and deadline.

Include your BuzzPay receipt or payment evidence with the appeal. The issuing organisation is responsible for deciding whether the notice will be cancelled.
