BuzzPay does not require you to create an account.

When you make a standard parking payment, you provide the information needed to create and confirm the session, including your vehicle registration number and email address. BuzzPay also records the relevant parking and transaction details, such as the car park, tariff, parking period, payment reference and payment status.

This information is used to:

• Process and record your parking payment

• Send your confirmation and receipt

• Allow an enforcement team to verify a valid session using the vehicle registration

• Help investigate payment or refund enquiries

Full card details are handled by the secure payment provider and are not seen or stored by BuzzPay. BuzzPay does not sell your personal information to third parties.
