Before entering any information, check the address shown in your browser. Genuine BuzzPay payment pages use:

• https://www.buzzpay.co.uk/

• https://m.buzzpay.co.uk/

If the address is different or only looks similar, close the page and do not enter personal or payment details. Type www.buzzpay.co.uk directly into your browser and enter the car park location code.

If your browser or antivirus still warns about the genuine address, do not bypass the warning. Select Submit a Request and include:

• The exact website address shown

• A screenshot of the warning

• Your device, browser and security-software name

• The car park and location code

Use another payment method shown on the car park signage if you cannot safely access BuzzPay.
